Sorry, we do not offer concessions as our tours are already great value for money.

Dress is casual - smart/casual. Please note that it can be up to 5 degrees cooler on the mountain, so you may wish to bring a light jumper.

We can cater for all dietary requirements whether you are vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free or similar. Please mention this when booking your tour to ensure the chef is able to prepare your meal.

Sorry, we are unable to accept pets on our tours.

Yes you can book on any of our group tours. If the minimum number of guests required for us to run the tour is not reached, we will inform you before departure. We will propose you the best alternative options or fully refund your tour.

Our small group tours are for adults only and unfortunately we can't accept children on these tours. However, you are welcome to book a private tour where you can bring the whole family and we can tailor the day to suit everyone in your family's requirements. Please understand that alcohol is unable to be served to persons under the age of 18.

You email us at bookings@pineappletours.com.au call us on +61 466 331 232 from 9am to 9pm to arrange your tour. We're happy to arrange alternative payment methods and bookings if you are not able to book online.

Water and nibbles are provided on the minibus. Some tours include lunch. Please refer to the tour-specific page to see if lunch is included in your tour. We are in the process of transitioning to 100% waste free tours so if you would like to support this please bring your own refillable water bottle and help us save the environment.
